On February 5, the Grand Hyatt New York is hosting between 9-00 am and 4-00 pm a ’10 page business lay out design workshop for entrepreneurs and business development professionals’. This one-day workshop is planned as an interactive session for the leaders in corporate, educational, and entrepreneurial environments in creating recent business opportunities and viable business tactics and for obtaining trouble-free financing for such schemes. The event is presented by Mr. Sylvester Diego, Managing Partner, Strategy Dynamix. Registration and attendance is through payment of $495.
With the approach of Valentine’s Day on February 14, the World Yatch Marina had organized a ‘World Yatch Valentine’s Day Dinner Cruises in New York’ between 7-00 pm and 10-00 pm. The event consists of sailing in lower Manhattan, music for dancing, an elegant 4-course dinner, and aristocratic view of the city of New York on Valentine’s Day. Yatch tickets are priced at $99 for Friday per person, $111.25 per person for Saturday, and $125 per person on Sunday, February 14.
On February 12, a free concert by American idols Kris Allen, Adam Lambert, and Allison Iraheta had been organized in New York. The venue and time had not been specified. Another concert by the Black Eyed Peas is taking place in New York on February 24 at 7-30 pm at Madison Square Garden, 4, Penn Plaza. The cost of the tickets varies between $49.50 and $94.00 per person. The Black Eyed Peas are known for their inspiring hip-hop music and funk vibe. A major sports event involving New Jersey Devils and Nashville Predators in Newark is taking place at Prudential Centre, 165, Mulberry Street, Newark, on February 12 at 7-00 pm. Ticket prices start from $10 in mezzanine level seating and extend up to restaurant ledge seating that costs a maximum of $255.
A large-scale ShowBiz Expo New York had been organized attached March 28 between 10-00 am and 6-00 pm at New York Hilton, 1335, Avenue of the Americas. This is planned in the same proportion that a 5-start event, bringing together all the celebrities in show business under a single roof. Popular producers, directors, studio executives, musicians, performers, writers, filmmakers, designers, stage managers, and others involved in stage, thin skin, fashion, concerts, and live events are participating in this grand show. The pre-registration is free up to March 25, after which an on-site registration fee of $10 has to be paid.
For those who are interested in spirituality, a Hatha Yoga Intensive Programme is slated at Vishwa Dharma Mandalam, 96, Avenue B, on February 7 between 2-00 pm and 5-30 pm for familiarizing the audience with the yearning techniques or pranayama and essential postures or asanas, along with yogic relaxation processes. The attendance compensation is $61 per person, with limited space. Hence, advance reservation is required. The same Vishwa Dharma Mandalam is hosting another 1-hour event on February 4 at 8-30 pm on Raja Yoga – Understanding the mind through Vedic psychology in New York at a cost of $51 per person.
