The lamb dishes are the stars here, with the chelow kebab highly recommended by divers. Pair it with some fragrant saffron-infused rice and you have a meal fit for a king. Wash it all down with a glass of tea, and some faloodeh – a light Iranian ice cream flavoured with rose water and saffron.
